Side frame

It is the basic part of railway freight wagon bogie. It combines in a single system a bolster, spring suspension, wheel sets with axle boxes and attached brake equipment.The frame design is formed by columns, horizontal and inclined belts. In the middle part of the frame there is an opening for placing a spring set, and at the ends there are axle-box openings.
The side frame is made by casting from steel 20ГФЛ (grade) or 20ГЛ (grade). Subjected to additional machining, it acquires a solid and reliable design that can withstand heavy loads.
Delivery to the customer is carried out after machining.
