«VIKANIK» company offers the cooperation in supplying rolling railway stock with the maximal effective axial load of 230 kN (РУ1Ш) for freight wagons with constructional speed up to 160km/h. Railway axes are produced from continuously cast billet (axle steel) according to the GOST 4728-2010 using the method of hot-forming process (free forging or stamping), which then undergoes the further thermal processing and all the necessary testing. All the axes manufactory process is automatic and is done using the newest technologies. The distinctive feature of the new automatic line is the possibility to have the fast transfer to the other new different types of forging. Wagon axis is one of the main wagon bogie parts. It is the steel bar with round cross-section, on which the wheel set is fixed. There are certificates of conformance and application permission for compliance mark of system certification for the manufactured axes.
